We're a well-established gym business, offering top-of-the-line transformation programs and group personal training. We are seeking a motivated and skilled outreach messenger and sales closer to join our team.
As the outreach messenger and sales closer, you'll be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our transformation programs. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue through outbound messaging and sales calls. You will need to be outgoing, persistent, and passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound messaging to generate leads for our transformation programs.
- Connect with inbound leads generated via paid ads and various other marketing channels.
- Work with leads to understand their fitness goals and provide them with the appropriate solution.
- Close sales via phone calls by communicating the value of our transformation programs.
- Update the internal sales tracker with relevant information about leads and clients.
- Consistently meet monthly sales KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Use of a smartphone, and Mac or PC.

Salary Expectations
£22,000-£32,000 per year.
This range includes base pay, plus commission on each sale.
Schedule
40 hours per week.
Evening availability.
