- Support Line Manager in:
- Prepare sales contract/ annex and get validated by Merchandising Admin.
- Collect documents related to suppliers including: Business license of suppliers, Bank account notification, Quality documents to update to related departments.
- Prepare forms to update information of products on system including: new product update, price change, information change…
- Pay regular visits to stores, to competitors and initiate appropriate decisions /actions to ensure competitive advantage is maintained.
- Other tasks to follow: products allocation to stores, termination reports, QA issues, matching invoices
2 Sales and stock
- Prepare reports following requests of Line Manager.
- Follow and check POG to update new items/ terminated items and highlight differentiation point/ most effective for sale.
- Monitor slow moving items and taking timing action.
3. Customer Focus
- Work closely with all related departments to handle related issues.
- Continuously review the product category mix to ensure that customers’ needs are fully satisfied at all times.
4. Key Job Description
- Control all product management in nationwide scope for her/his category (ies).
- Co-ordinate all the departments relating to stock & product’s exposure
