We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to help us with enquiries coming into the Student Experience Centre, from both current and future students. We are ideally looking for University of Auckland Students who are looking for casual work and are available to start in June 2023
Hours
This is a casual position, with flexible hours of work between 15 to 40 hours per week.
Our standard business hours are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, however there is also the option to work Saturdays. You can choose your hours to work around family, study or general life commitments.
Training will be
Week 1: 29th May – 2nd June (9 am – 5 pm)
Week 2 6th-10th June (9am-5pm)
We need you to be able to attend most of the training dates and training is fully paid.
Pay rate
The pay rate for this role is $26.50 per hour.
Location
This role is based on 49 Symonds Street, Auckland CBD.
What will you be doing?
You will work in an inbound call centre, answering queries from our most important customers: our current and future students. We cover a broad range of queries which ensures your day is varied and allows for inbound and outbound interactions through email, phone calls, and other channels.

He kōrero mōu | About you
We are looking for candidates who can bring a positive, can-do attitude. Previous call centre experience is not essential, as we will provide full training. However, you will need excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, problem solving and computer skills.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to be composed, efficient and organised is a must.
