Our company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office by managing internal customer fulfilment, ensuring business compliance, managing office budget, and other administrative related task. The ideal candidate should have an HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, and 1 year of experience in HR/ Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage internal customer fulfilment, including responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Ensure business compliance by monitoring and enforcing company policies and procedures, and identifying and resolving any compliance issues
· Manage office budget by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring that all expenses are within budget limits
· Handle HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related reports, and assisting with recruitment and selection processes
· Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
· Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and ordering office supplies
· Perform any other duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
· HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
· At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
· At least 1 year of experience in HR administration
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Knowledge of business compliance and HR best practices
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
