- Act as intermediaries liaising between company and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Call prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. In case customer wants to visit office, arrange his meeting with manager and be a note taker and point of contact during that meeting.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
- Conduct online research to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the field of Real-Estate. 1 year or more
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Qualification: Bachelor's
- MS Office Knowledge
