The Lead’s mission is to take dedicated responsibility to monitor & manage the back of house & specific sales area to drive commercial success.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Store Operations


Performance

  • Responsible for implementing action plans to achieve individual & team results
  • Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets

People

  • Support Store Management in preparing One-On-One meetings for the team
  • Responsible for coaching & developing team members
  • Responsible for measuring performance of store team

Product

  • Responsible for implementing & following all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
  • Responsible for merchandise availability
  • Responsible for maintaining overall stock management & movement in stockroom & on sales area

Customer Service & CRM

  • Responsible for establishing a client centric mindset to ensure client experience
  • Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
  • Responsible for transaction, complaint & return handling

Processes & Systems

  • Responsible that all company policies & procedures are followed
  • Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
  • Responsible for all operations for loss prevention

Back of House

  • Monitors the flow of all shipments and ensures prompt follow up with any discrepancies
  • Ensure BOH area is clean, organized to ensure a smooth transition between seasons and complies to safety standards
  • Perform box counts, validate against bills of lading , ensuring discrepancies, shortages or damages are reported immediately
  • Consistently Control and ensure PRE standard within BOH team
  • Use Refill scorecard to improve speed of BOH team
  • Manage implementation and closing of Markdown / Promotion on timely manner
  • Assist sales floor with product placement & stock replenishment
  • Use correct Reason Codes, control, and complete mis-mates within P&P guidelines, follow correct transfer and RTV procedures
  • Check PIV Report, manage negatives and implement negatives reduction plan

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated
  • Previous experience in coaching, training & developing team members
  • Brand Knowledge & the ability to represent the brands attributes
  • Commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
  • Experience in networking & building relationships
  • Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
  • Willingness to constantly learn & develop
  • Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
  • Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
