Commercial Manager Specialty & Oncology
As our Commercial Manager you will have the opportunity to be a key driver of performance by being the centre of our Specialty & Oncology Business- providing support for the business unit to deliver excellent execution.
The role is an excellent opportunity for aspiring junior or new marketers, and is aligned for development into commercial operations or brand management.
You will be working closely with the BU Head, Brand Managers, and the sales team. This is a crucial role that will lead the development and execution of the omnichannel content strategy, media and vendor engagement, and speaker/event engagement coordination & administration.
You will support the teams to deliver excellent execution of agreed activities, coordination of congress and key events, create & implement materials & content, and manage administrative duties.
You will report to the Business Unit Head for Specialty & Oncology in Denmark.
In this role you will…
- Create and lead annual omnichannel content strategy for focused brands, aligned to strategic business plans
- Adapt, implement, create, and manage omnichannel campaigns according to GSK and ENLI rules
- Lead contact of vendors, suppliers, and media agencies, and develop and manage the delivery of advertisements and banners
- Manage advertising and promotional investments to drive content operations and brand performance
- Coordinate congresses, conferences and other external or internal meetings including company-wide/ national conferences
- Lead engagement, activities and meetings (internal/external) including coordinating events on virtual platforms (e.g. MS Teams, On24 and WebEx)
- Lead the supplier engagement, contracting, support, manage and track the end-to-end speaker engagement process
- Develop strong expertise and support customer-facing teams & business owners as the go-to expert for the end-to-end speaker engagement process using associated vendor systems i.e. Veeva Events Management

- Experience in a similar position e.g. Commercial Coordinator, Sales and Marketing Coordinator
- Good understanding on ENLI regulations
- Strong cross-functional teamwork and a team player
- Fluent in Danish and English
