Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Respond to customer emails and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or department
- Follow up with customers on outstanding issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
- Meet or exceed established call centre metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
